Norway's national sign language theatre on Grünerløkka
Teater Manu is Norway's only professional theatre with sign language as the stage language, both on stage and in the building. Deaf actors play everything from Ibsen to new plays in Norwegian Sign Language, and the theatre tours the whole country. Since 2004 it has been in the old Folkets hus on Grünerløkka.
