Nicafé is a small restaurant in Cebadilla, a few kilometres inland from San Juan del Sur's bay. Most of the team are deaf. You order in Nicaraguan Sign Language, by pointing, or by circling dishes on the menu with a marker. Next door is Plantafé, a plant nursery that also has deaf staff.
