In the Grand Mosque in Makkah there is a screened area for deaf worshippers every Friday, by Gate 93 on the ground floor of the King Fahd Extension. The Friday sermon is interpreted live into sign language, and the interpreters also answer religious questions. Only Muslims may enter Makkah. Good to know on Umrah or Hajj.
