Two tiny houses on 22 acres by the Lost River, owned and run by deaf Gallaudet graduates. The Acorn sleeps four and The Black Oak sleeps six, with a balcony and hot tub. There are trails, disc golf and a playground, and the state park is less than three miles away. It is about 2.5 hours by car from Washington, D.C.
