Leeds Grand Mosque makes room for Muslim Deaf UK. Every Friday the khutbah, the Friday sermon, is interpreted into British Sign Language upstairs, and every other week a deaf study group meets at the mosque. It is one of the few places in Europe where deaf Muslims can follow Friday prayers in sign language every week.
