The Lower Silesian branch of the Polish Deaf Association runs a Deaf cultural house at Braniborska 2/10. Deaf people meet here for club activities, courses and events in Polish Sign Language. The office is open Mon–Wed 8–16 and Thu–Fri 8–20.
