CHAGEE's first sign language store in Vietnam opened on 27 November 2025. The baristas are deaf and hard of hearing, and the store manager is fluent in sign language. The store is designed for visual communication, for example with mirrors at the counter. Staff were recruited and trained together with a local disability organisation in HCMC.
